For PMs, engineers & founders building in the margins of the day

Bring the idea.
Ship the next brick.

Tell Fundament what you want to build. It turns the idea into a concrete next brick, links it to a focus session, and keeps the board honest about what actually shipped.

You finished 6 Pomodoros today. But can you name what you actually shipped?

💨

"I finally get an hour for my side project — and spend the first 20 minutes deciding what to work on. Deciding eats the focus."

📈

"I use 3 productivity apps and still feel behind. They track time, not whether anything actually shipped."

😣

"My sessions feel productive. But at the end of the week I can't point at a single finished thing."

💔

"My timer counts down. Session ends. Nothing connects to my actual projects, so nothing moves."

Fundament was built to fix this. Here's how.

From idea to shipped

Describe the idea, choose the next brick, focus with it linked, and ship visible progress.

1

Idea → next brick

A short conversation captures what success means and turns the idea into small starter bricks.

2

Next brick → focus

Run a 25, 45, or 60-minute session against that brick. The timer keeps running across tabs, and your intention stays on screen the whole time.

3

Focus → ship

Finished bricks land in your board's Done column. The weekly review counts what shipped and turns it into a recap you can share.

Built for people who ship in the margins of the day

Every feature exists to move a brick from Backlog to Done — not to add busywork.

A Focus Timer Pointed at One Brick

Start a 25, 45, or 60-minute session right from the Today screen — on the AI's recommended brick or your own intention. After each session, log what happened and rate how deep you went.

Outcome: Every session moves a specific brick — not an abstract goal.

A Board That Shows What Actually Ships

Backlog → This Week → Doing → Done. The AI recommends your next brick or you drag your own, and a work-in-progress limit keeps "Doing" honest. Shipped bricks are counted by the week — not by good intentions.

Outcome: Progress you can point at — bricks in Done, not hours in a log.

A Weekly Review You Can Share

Every week, Fundament counts the bricks you shipped and the hours you logged, then turns it into a shareable recap card. Privacy controls let you hide or summarize anything before it leaves your screen.

Outcome: Build in public — without leaking what's private.

Ship Buddy: Accountability That Ships

Pair with one friend. You each see what the other shipped, a joint streak keeps you both showing up, and you can put a small stake in the shared jar when you commit to a brick. Co-focus together when you both need to get something done.

Outcome: Someone notices when you ship — and when you don't.

No testimonials yet. Here is the honest state of it.

Fundament is in beta, built with a small group of solo builders. The loop works: decide the next brick, run a session against it, watch it land in Done, and read back at the end of the week what actually shipped. The rough edges get filed down every week, in the open.

Joining now means you are early. You will hit things that are not finished. You will also shape what gets built next, and you keep the founding price when the beta ends.

Setup takes about 30 seconds: sign in with Google, say what you are building, and your first brick is waiting.

Questions?

How is this different from Forest, Focusmate, or a regular Pomodoro timer?

Most focus apps count time. Forest gamifies it, Focusmate adds accountability. Fundament closes the whole loop: an AI recommends the next brick from your own board, the timer runs the session, and the board shows what actually shipped. Accountability is built in too: pair with a Ship Buddy, keep a joint streak, and share your weekly recap.

How quickly will I see results?

Your first shipped brick can land today. The AI recommends it, you focus on it, you ship it. By the end of the week, the weekly review counts what shipped and gives you a recap to show for it.

What’s a “brick”?

One small, finishable unit of work: the next concrete step on a project. Fundament’s whole loop is about laying one brick per focus session, so a project becomes a wall of finished things instead of an endless to-do list.

Is it free, and will it stay that way?

It’s free right now, while Fundament is in beta. No trial, no card. When the beta ends it becomes a paid product at $10 a month, and builders who join during the beta lock that founding price for their first year. You’ll hear from us well before anything changes.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Fundament runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and the timer keeps running when you switch tabs.

Stop logging hours. Start shipping bricks.

Set up takes 30 seconds. Your first brick can ship today — and this week's recap will prove it.
